Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Carlos Pena has been a Miami resident for the last 15 years. He first arrived to earn a degree in business administration before pursuing his real estate license. As a realtor, he gained an intrinsic familiarity with every neighborhood in the city and witnessed the massive upswing in Miami's property market.
Originally from Shanghai, Vicky Kotenko settled in Miami after living internationally for many years. She began her education and entrepreneurial pursuits in Los Angeles before completing her degree in sociology and psychology in Toronto. Later, she explored various countries and their cultures across the globe. A Miami resident since 2021, Vicky has found her home. “This dynamic city has a unique blend of international influences, offering everything I’ve ever wanted in one location,” Vicky says.
Medylyn, From Sorsogon City, Philippines, Medylyn Garcera has been managing short-term rental properties since 2021. With a comprehensive role that includes generating listings, guest communication, bookings, handling reviews, and remedying issues, Medylyn dedicates herself to providing high-quality service tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Charina Villaflores has been working in the travel and hospitality industry since 2017. Serving retired couples, multi-generational families, and empty nesters, she goes above and beyond to exceed her clients’ expectations and is guided by her integrity, accountability, and responsibility.
Born and raised on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii, Rose now calls the Philippines home. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in customer service, social media, and retail, she’s known for going the extra mile to make sure clients are happy and taken care of.
Evelyn’s journey started in Saigon, but for the past 8 years, she’s been soaking up the vibrant lifestyle in Vancouver. With a Bachelor’s in Business and over five years of marketing experience, Evelyn has found her passion in connecting with people through creative strategies.
Digital content creator Alexia Parker is a vastly experienced videographer and filmmaker. She has worked globally, including her native Spain, India, and Miami, Florida, where she is currently based, shooting eye-catching, energetic content for MAK Realty. Alexia graduated with a degree in Audiovisual Communications from the Universidad Católlica San Antonio in Murcia before completing a Masters in Film, Television, and Interactive Media at the Univercity Rena Juan Carlos. During this time, he has been prolific in racking up real-world experience across the globe. Alexia has maintained a freelance presence in Miami for several years. Amongst her early jobs was filming and editing promotional product videos for Mia Shoes, boosting the company's social media engagement through energetic short films. In the winter of 2019, she moved to India to work in Bollywood for Mukta Arts, working alongside directors and producers and overseeing all aspects of filmmaking. During COVID-19, Alexia moved back to Spain to work as a Content Creator and Designer for a production company, ATREVIA, working remotely to create content for social media, record a podcast, and create an animated series organizing streaming events on YouTube.
